At Sense of Occasion, we always aim to fulfil your order as best we can and deliver your flowers in immaculate condition. However if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with the service you receive from us, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements on the following conditions:
- Please notify us of your complaint by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- You then have a full 7 days to either return the product to us, in the same condition as you received it, or email a high-quality photo to us with a detailed description of the problem.
- When we have received your complaint, you can then notify us as to whether you would prefer a full cash refund or a replacement.
